Delete Your Account

You may request deletion of your My TIMEZERO account and associated personal data. In accordance with the TIMEZERO Privacy Statement, users have the right to modify or delete their account and personal data.

Recommended method

The easiest way to request account deletion is directly from the TZ iBoat application:

1. Open the TZ iBoat application.
2. Open the main menu.
3. Tap your profile.
4. Tap the Delete Account button.

Alternative methods

If you cannot access the application, you can also request account deletion using one of the following methods:

1. Open a support ticket: https://support.mytimezero.com
2. Send an email to: privacy@nobeltec.com

Data deletion

Once your request is received, TIMEZERO will process the deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to any data that may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
